Payments are to be made in cash, by cheque or direct deposit. Works cannot be released until confirmation of payments is received.
A bond of 10% of the full price per artwork will be required, with a minimum bond of $100/work,refundable on return of
works in good order.
A signed 'Condition of Artwork' form for each artwork may need to be signed by both parties prior to the rental.
Costs are tax deductible for businesses.
Insurance of Artworks is the responsibility of the client and can usually be included in standard home/contents insurances.

A delivery and pickup service within the inner Sydney metropolitan area is available at a cost of $55 each way ($110 total), payable upfront. Delivery/pickup of additional artworks to the same address incur a small fee of $10 each way ($20 total), also payable upfront. For areas outside this perimeter, please contact us.
Alternatively, clients may choose to arrange collection of works and delivery back to the collection point through negotiation with Sydney Art Exchange. Works can also be posted. Costs are calculated at the time of the rental/purchase query.
Towards the end of the rental period, clients will be contacted to see if they wish to extend the rental, purchase the work or return/swap it. Clients wanting to purchase their rental work will have the purchase price of that work reduced by half the cost of the last rental period. Half the Delivery & Collection fee for that work will be deducted. The Bond will also be deducted.
